I've been bringing my 2 cats and dog here for preventative care for about 2 years. All of the staff is wonderful. One of my cats is extremely fearful of going to the vet but everyone knows how to handle her in a way that's safe for everyone and comfortable for her- when she's been sedated for labwork the LVTs have done a wonderful job monitoring her until she's ready to go home. Today was our first time seeing Dr. Matthews and Han Solo absolutely loved her and all of the treats!
Our first experience here with our late best girl gave me the complete confidence that bringing our younger boy to this PT was worth every cent and that we would be doing everything in our power to give him the best possible life we can for the time we have him.
Where to start...from the front desk staff to the providers, everyone is so friendly and kind. We love the fear-free environment, and the staff were so helpful and patient with our super anxious dog. It took five of us to get her blood drawn and we appreciated that the main objective was not to push her past her threshold. Despite the experience being overwhelming for our dog, the staff makes everything so much smoother and easier for us when we come in. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!
