Carroll recently replaced my air conditioning unit, and from start to finish — including the follow-up — I couldn’t be happier. Rob helped me select the right unit, patiently answered all my questions, and even provided a temporary window unit to keep me cool while waiting for installation. Dustin from Carroll came out to replace a bit of drain pipe that was leaking from just being old piping. He was very friendly and professional. The work looked great and most importantly stopped the leak! I was referred to Carroll by another contractor I had do work for me and I would very highly recommend Carroll for anyone who needs to get plumbing work done and I will be using them again in the future. Great company.

I had Carroll heating and AC install a new unit in my condo. The whole process from beginning to end was so easy and I’m very impressed with this company. Rob, David, Josh, and Josh were very professional, very knowledgeable and I would recommend this company highly to anyone needing HVAC systems installed or repaired.
