Carroll recently replaced my air conditioning unit, and from start to finish — including the follow-up — I couldn’t be happier. Rob helped me select the right unit, patiently answered all my questions, and even provided a temporary window unit to keep me cool while waiting for installation. Keith and his helper Trae put in necessary components for two of my push/ pool shower levers. They had become extremely difficult to operate and now I can do it easily with two fingers. They were efficient, capable, and got the job done in record time. I have lived in Richmond for over 50 years and I know that Caroroll Plumbing and Heating is a well-respected company. Would not use any other company.
