I am very grateful to the LPNs and Cna’s that have been provided. I have a great team here at my house as far as caregivers.The office is an absolute wreck. The schedulers do not know what they are doing and do not take any accountability. It is terribly unorganized and unclear who is in charge of the scheduling, payroll, Mars, care plans, RN and do they actually have a high acuity team? I ask because my husband is a 200 lb quadriplegic and they just left us without a CNA. His nurse is 5 feet tall and just recovered from a fracture in her hand. I am glad she came. Care Advantage is a great company to start a career in a care giving field. You learn new skills and the office staff is friendly and helpful with finding clients that best fit their staff. Pay could be better during COVID-19 but it is an overall great place to work
