The level of professionalism displayed was lacking, with inadequate communication and no follow-up. I attempted to initiate services over the course of two weeks, but it appeared there was little interest from their side. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of understanding and consideration for the clients' needs.

My daughter received services for more than two years and the experience was fabulous at first. Then the quality of the companions diminished, they showed up sometimes, often not with no notice or reason for their absence. Recently the agency released my daughter from their services with no explanation. Not the best treatment of the special needs population.
