Ok, so I'm from Boston,and we don't have anything on this level of beauty supply stores. It was Amazing! They had such an assortment of products, from hair, jewelry, and hair products. Even pepper spray. The place was well stocked, very clean. Prices were reasonable. I highly recommend it!

Happy I returned. Was in on a day they weren't able to accept credit cards, forced me to leave behind 2 wigs I found but didn't have the cash to cover. Returned today, didn't see the 1 wig anymore, was ready to accept defeat when I asked an employee about it, told her what happened, and she immediately went to look for it for me, and found it! Walked out happy to have supported local after a bad experience in Georgia while traveling, let them know this, and will keep returning here (have bought wigs from Beautifull in the past 2 years ago, and still love how I feel when I wear them).

Always friendly and professional when I go there. Only one experience a while back where one of the ladies tried to sell me a old damaged wig even though I was asking her for the new one as if she is judging me to say I can’t afford the new item. I was pissed about this. Otherwise my wife experiences has been good.
