“I had an excellent experience at Confedent Barbershop! My son and I were running a little late, but Wathiq (I believe he’s the owner) was incredibly understanding, polite, and kind. Even though the shop was very busy, he still welcomed us in, which saved us a lot of time since we had driven 40 minutes to get there. He even offered us drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Marcus, who cut my son’s hair, did an amazing job. I showed him a picture of the style we wanted, and he matched it perfectly. My son was so happy with the result!

“After a previous negative experience, the owner Muhaimen reached out and offered to do a cut for me free of charge. This is an excellent example of high-quality customer service and business integrity. The cut I received was done quick and done well. Muhaimen takes his business and his customer service quite seriously. He even lined up my moustache and goatee without me having to ask, and left me looking clean & sharp. “Correction:
I had a change of heart with my review. I still feel that services need to consider peoples time when an appt is made and being 45 minutes late is a lot. However, the cut was great and the owner called me make it right. That deserves credit. Might I suggest that if you are running that late, you consider offering a discount on the next cut. That may help retain people or at leastnorevent a bad review.

Original post: Had an appt at 12:30 on a Sunday with anyone available. I waited for 45 minutes while 2 other people went before me and one did not have an appointment. I just needed a trim. I wont be returning. Too bad because its really close to my home.“
