I got a simple hairstyle that could of been duplicated or even uses as inspo. She finished instantly told her I did not like it. She had some where to be so I accomadate her. She told me my hair was to thick. You knew this when you started so why not say anything. I still paid She told me she would fix it. Came back the next day and said she was going to recharge me. I politely told her absolutely not a style that would last a month I was going to end up paying for a style that would last 4 months. She lost a customer!

I always come here when I need my braids done last minute. The owner is always professional and knowledgeable. However, I hate that her shop is run down. It has roaches, dirty and need a major makeover. I hope she's able to invest in her shop appearance because it would turn a lot of people away and her work is very good.

This is was not a good experience for me, I made an appt 3 days in advance showed up at 9am as they inform me to, no one showed up until 9:30, I selected my style the lady said she didn't know how so I'd have to wait for the person to show who knew how to to do the I did not have the patience to sit until 12for her so I decided to get kinky twist the ladies available agreed to do kinky twist $230 ok, mind you I hard of hearing the guy who owns the show kept asking me to pay now very unprofessional then the lady come writes it down after 8 said many times I will pay once my service is done.
