Listen!!! I am NEVER going anywhere else. The ladies here were very kind, professional and experts and took what they do seriously. I came in wanting knotless braids and they did an assessment on my hair and knew that if I proceeded with that look I would not be pleased. And they were right. Listening to them made the service here superb. They also encouraged breaks and made sure I was not in pain. I ended up getting the micro box braids and they are gonna last me a few months. Do not listen to the dissatisfied customers because I am sure they advised them otherwise and they wanted what they wanted against the stylist judgement. This was my first time getting braids of any kind. Therefore, I opted for box braids. Charlotte did I not do my hair but her relative did and my braids came out beautiful. This is the second week of me have box braids and I love them. Although they're still a little tight. The shop is located in a convenient location. I will return there.

I love Charlotte she does great work, she is a little more expensive but the salon is clean and she is really nice. I got micros and she completed them in less than 5 hours. I've been coming here for 4 years.
