Let me first say that the massage was excellent. However, I ended up leaving my watch there by accident, which I noticed about an hour after my massage. I called them and was told they would call me back about it. I received no call and went in person to come get my watch, but was told it was "given to another customer" or something of that sort, there was a bit of a language barrier. The whole thing was very strange and somewhat shady. It wasn't an expensive watch but my review will remain 1 star until it is returned to me.UPDATE: This issue was adequately remediated so I have changed my review rating

Everybody is nice, my massager was great and 1 hour is so worth it for the deep tissue massage. This place was recommended by my friends and now we are planning to go once a month because the price is really great and the service is exceptional

katie was very experienced, she knew exactly which points needed the most attention and was very thorough with the entire massage! my first time having an enjoyable yet relieving massage. my boyfriend got ewha and asked for strong and she was perfectly strong to release lower back and shoulders.both had a great experience!! will definitely be back!
