    Device is well made and documented
    support is very good
    Only used 4 days and I am more tired not less tired so I suppose I need to give more time.
    I am fidgety, so a challenge for me to use
    In auto mode it shuts off if playing with mask through out night (fidgety). So harder to get the 4 hours in. Always waking up and having to turn back on.

    ** Updated ** Apria read my original review and responded by addressing the issue described below. They shipped a brand new CPAP machine kit that included every part, provided better documentation and have improved communication post delivery. While I cannot give them five stars due to the initial problem, I've bumped the score up to three stars for the quality of their follow up. *** Original Review: Very poor customer service. They shipped the CPAP machine to me without a power cable /power supply. Thus began a nightmare in terms of getting anyone on the phone that understood such a simple problem.     Apria is spot. Someone teaches you how to use the machine. Even though it took me a month to four months to get my machine. Extra supplies came quick yet have to be approved by Insurance. Wear your mask everyday!!! It feels to be able to breathe and sleep well when I go to sleep! So grateful for Apria! You are helping Save Lives!
