At first going by in staff were welcoming. While sitting the atmosphere and building were dirty , dusty ,dark for a medical assisting facility for individuals with medical concerns that already need breathing assistance .. Staff were definitely helpful and respectful otherwise..

I was directed to Apria to pick up a necessary piece of medical equipment. The gentleman was very thorough in explaining the machine and how to use it to me. Since I've been home, Apria agents have called me a couple of times to make sure that I'm doing ok with the equipment, asking if I have any questions or concerns. I've been very impressed with them so far.

I’m new to the world of Sleep Apnea. I was nervous when I first went to Apria Healthcare to pickup my equipment. Alan Kempton was very thorough in explaining what I needed to do with the equipment when I went home. So far so good, thank you Apria!
