The owner is an extremely rude, highly unprofessional individual. I would not suggest or recommend anyone to employ their services. They allow student drivers to practice in unsafe environments (i.e. Construction zones and lunch traffic in downtown Richmond). They are also extremely rude when receiving constructive criticism from fellow drivers concerning the safety of their student drivers. If you are planning to use this company then I suggest that you reconsider.
