Great experience. John (technician), Tracy (office), and someone else in the office were all pleasant and responsive. AC fixed within a few hours of calling—including John going to another location to get the needed part. There's hope in the world?

Air-Pro mechanical was fast, friendly, and professional, and John even helped me understand the issue so I could troubleshoot next time on my own. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it and my house is on the way to cool!

i would and have recommended air pro mechanical to everyone ik, the customer service was absolutely amazing, everyone is so kind especially Kent B. he was the one who did my work, and i was shocked when he told me the price, i thought there was definitely a catch. if you have any air conditioning problems contact them they are outstanding!
