The level of professionalism doesn’t exist here. She told me that she doesn’t “have the strength to blow out my hair.” Then maybe you shouldn’t be doing hair in the first place.
She said “by the time I’m done blowing out your hair, I won’t have the energy to braid.” Mind you, I was getting 4 stick braids.

I just lost a close friend and dealing with a work injury & needed a self-care day. Walked in and everyone was so kind to me & my son. I haven’t had braids in years and this really made my day! I got exactly what I wanted, I feel beautiful, Thankyou again to each Braider.

I asked for small box braids and got medium they are so big and ugly I hate my hair I feel like I just got robbed and some braids are small some are big . I should have known something was up when they finished in 3 hours my head hurts so bad I can’t even out my hair in a ponytail or in my headwrap to sleep I will not be returning here ever again. If they didn’t want to do small braids they should have said so but don’t just put anything in someone head because you want the money that is bad business

Do NOT go here, customer service was very bad, they were extremely rude to me, and they messed up my hair I had to go back to get it fixed and they told me I had to pay again in order to fix the issue they caused and the hair they used was really bad quality , everything was a mess and I felt very disrespected. They didn’t know I understand their language and they kept talking about me the whole time, especially the owner and the other lady im guessing she’s the “manager” all they did was sit there and gossip about their customers. Aida asked me not to come back again to get the hair fixed, and she said next time i come back I should specify what I want lol I will NOT be returning . Do better!
