I've only been once...I don't feel like the doctor paid much heed to my concerns. However, one of the staff members named Caleb is so incredible I have to give the entire office 5 stars. He truly went above and beyond what I expect from any excellent patient encounter when I had a question. I did not even think I would get a response. But Caleb was diligent and called me when I did not expect it, and I can not stress enough how much less anxiety I will experience over the next few weeks. It doesn't take a lot to be competent and nice, but it takes an awful lot to give SUCH awesome care and attention. I am in the healthcare field myself, so I understand... read full review
I have no idea how this office has such a low rating because my husband and I both have had such a good experience at this dermatology office. We’ve now seen 3 different doctors there, the wait time is always reasonable & they can always get us in within a reasonable amount of time even given how difficult our schedules are.
In an unfortunate mishap, I mistakenly deleted the most recent five-star review I had written. To clarify my stance, I want to emphasize that ADOV truly surpassed my expectations. Dr.Bukoski listened to my concerns and addressed each question I had with extreme care. Thanks ADOV!
