I received the care I needed and desired from the gyn I was seeing. Once I became pregnant I was switched to another Dr without warning. It soon became very clear that making sure my physical and emotional comfort were not a priority. As I neared my second trimester I switched to another practice.

Urgent surgery consult has been rescheduled 4 times so far in the past month due to scheduling errors. One of the times I wasn't contacted directly until after they had already cancelled my pre-op appointment. Don't schedule with this practice unless you're willing to accommodate your life to their schedule.

It makes me very sad to have to write this poor review. I have been a patient of Dr. Neda Hashemi since 2004. She delivered both my children - now ages 17 and 15. I LOVE her - she's the BEST! However, her office team is so incompetent and has such poor customer service that I just cannot bear to keep fighting them to see Dr. Hashemi. It took us weeks to get a call back after leaving multiple messages and then months to actually make an appointment. After finally being seen we stood at the reception desk for more than 15 minutes trying to make a follow up appointment.
