I am thrilled with the experience I had with Synergy. This was my first renovation and I couldn't have asked for a better team. Every step was clearly and patiently explained. The organizational website they use shows schedules, milestones and communications. Everything was completely transparent. We had weekly meetings at the house including the owner, project manager and head carpenter.
The owner, Mina Lucks, spent many hours with me choosing the lighting, counter tops and flooring. I never felt rushed or pressured. Even after the project was complete, My questions and concerns were addressed within a day.

We have done two renovations with Synergy and would recommend them to folks in the Reston area looking for an upgrade on their homes. In every big house project, things are bound to settle or need some adjustment - we particularly appreciate Synergy's willingness to come back and take care of things long after the project was officially done.
Can’t say enough great things about Synergy and the team there. 4 years later we are still happy to provide recommendations and testimonials. They took great care in our planning, white-gloving every aspect of the process. During construction, both Synergy and their onsite contractors took our feedback to adjust things as needed. They even set us up with the equipment necessary so a family of four (with a toddler and a dog) could function without a kitchen and dining room—which was no small feat.
