Similar to another review, I paid for their ultimate package, which is meant to include a seaweed wrap. Their seaweed wrap is just a green scrub. The service took almost double what I'm used to. The staff was friendly and they had water, but it would have been nice to have more beverage options. Overall it was clean, but limited decor. It wasn't the worst experience, but I wasn't impressed either.
Exceptional service! Staff is very knowledgeable. I came in for a hair donation and was nervous about having short hair for the first time in a very long time. My stylist gave me a look that is edgy and easy to maintain and she took the time to contour around my face shape. I am absolutely in love with hair. Thank you Spa Noa and my new stylist forever!!!
Consistently a great experience at this day spa/salon. Always warmly welcomed at the front desk and checkout is a breeze since they keep my credit card on file. Scheduling appointments is also easy. Spa and salon is super clean. Tanya is the best nail technician ever! When you get a service by Tanya, you get a perfectionist in her chosen field. She always takes the time to listen to your requests and uses her extensive experience to recommend colors, products, etc. And, she's likely one of the warmest people you'll ever meet!
