Reston Family Foot and Ankle Center is a business where patients benefit from an experienced doctor who knows the field and can effectively diagnose and treat your needs. The doctors are great and their recommendations and treatment are definitely helpful. Patients get to see the same doctor every visit and are not bounced between providers. The doctors listen carefully, pay attention to detail, and explain the process in a way that is easy to understand. Some doctors go beyond a typical visit and ask holistic, long-term questions about feet. The office staff is friendly and efficient, professional and courteous, and they do their best to help patients navigate insurance issues. The medical professionals work to fit patients in if they have a sudden problem, providing care without a long wait time. The Reston office is in an older building with a dark and dingy hallway, but patients are advised not to be deterred by this, as the doctors are very good in a tidy and well-equipped office. Parking close to the entrance has never been a problem.
I am grateful to Dr Gordon for his expertise , he listens carefully to the issues that I have with my feet and pays attention to detail.
The office staff at the Reston location are professional and courteous
My only concern is that the building at Reston is dark and dingy and the hallway carpet coming out of the elevator needs cleaning.
The doctors are great and their recommendations and treatment are definitely helpful. You get to see the same doctor every visit: you're not bounced between providers. (If you -want- to change doctors, you will have to be very clear about that. Do it as soon as possible, not mid-treatment.)
The office staff is friendly and they do their best to help you navigate insurance issues.
Be aware that this Reston office is in an older building, designed before lobbies, hallways, and elevators were expected to look impressive and expensive. Do not be deterred by this! They're very good doctors in a tidy and well-equipped office.

There is a reason Dr. Hafner gets top ratings from his peers - the doctor goes beyond your typical visit and asks holistic /long-tern questions about your feet. He also recommends top-notch preventative measures to avoid common foot pains.
Dr. Hafner is the reason i’ve been a patient for over 10 years and will keep coming back!
The Reston and Manassas administrative staff are also wonderful!
