Health Watchers helped me with a frozen shoulder. They were extremely knowledgeable about how to treat my condition. Most important they tailored exercises that worked for my busy life style. I think this was key to getting my shoulder back on track.

I tore my meniscus in several places and had decided on surgery to fix things. Scheduling my surgery was delayed for two months, for unrelated reasons, so I decided to try physical therapy with Health Watchers Physical Therapy & Wellness. I was a bit skeptical about what PT could accomplish, but I was more than happy with the outcome. The PT regime prescribed by Dr. Rijhwani and Dr. Shields eliminated the discomfort in my knee and restored full functionality. They provided a program of exercises to help me maintain the condition of my knee following the completion of PT. Needless to say, I cancelled my plan for surgery.

I had a back problem and was scheduled for back surgery when I began working with Taruna Rijhwani and Health Watchers. I am finishing my sessions with Taruna and I am very satisfied. I have canceled surgery and I am pain free. Taruna is very positive and knowledgeable and both these skills are necessary for success. I have been given a plan to continue my recovery at home. I will recommend Taruna to anyone I know who need physical therapy, and I know they will be pleased.
