I asked for a trim and she literally trimmed only 3/4 of my hair. She was rude and really put off when the manager told her that she would be the one cutting my hair. When I was styling my hair the next day I had to cut the other 1/4 myself and noticed that what she had cut was VERY uneven. Didn't think you could mess up a straight line that badly
The lady did not clarify what I asked her for and cut it wrong. Avoid all hair cuttery's if possible
I went to this salon for the first time today to get my daughters bangs cut. They are now completely chopped an crooked. I asked her to correct it but she just made it worse.
