5 star experience. The receptionists were welcoming and Irina was amazing. She was very professional and warm/supportive when delivering treatment! She also talked through everything, explaining the why behind each action and answered all my questions without appearing annoyed or arrogant which sometimes providers do. Another factor that I appreciated is that she re-confirmed the pricing before jumping to treatment, which is very important for customer service! All around A+ service by R.N. Irina:)
Bob at Generations has changed my skin and life! He educated me on the dangerous effects of sun exposure and how to actually prevent further damage. He is kind, patient, has an incredible work ethic, and truly cares about his clients. The entire staff there is so warm and friendly and accommodating. I can’t speak highly enough of this practice!
