Update: After the previous post, Dr. Chow personally contacted me to apologize and allow me to pay my bill in the method easiest for me. He also went over my issue, treatment, and medical options. Pushing up to 5 stars because mistakes happen, but how mistakes are handled is a true display of character.—————————————————-Very polite, but office is astoundingly bad with their financials. I have been going to Dr Chow for over 20 years. I once had a severe retinal bleed. He called the retina specialist and set up the appointment from the exam room. That appointment saved my vision. I will be forever grateful to Dr Chow. More over, he is soooo friendly. All his assistants are very welcoming.

Dr. Chow and his staff are courteous and personable. It's a busy practice, but they are well organized and communicate often with the patients so any wait doesn't seem long. Highly recommend.
