We were being overrun by spider crickets and Mike came out the same afternoon that I called to schedule service. He was polite and very professional, letting me know what he would be doing and even left me some extra traps just in case they are needed prior to their next visit. I was very pleased with the quick and professional response by Mike.

Better Termite is great! We've been their customer for over 30 years. The staff is responsive and knowledgeable. We especially appreciate Daren. He's a wealth of information and we're so happy when he shows up at the door.
