Edit: I would like to update this I got a call from management explaining that they sent out a new technician who should have been supervised still. In talking to them it sounded like an honest mistake. In the end they made it up to us by providing a full refund. Very friendly customer service even when dealing with a frustrated client. They seem like a genuine mom and pop business. This makes me happy as they provide service for the rest of our neighborhood.I called them for a mouse problem. They wanted to set up a monthly plan and didn’t even offer the estimate for a one time inspection until I asked during final payment. I contacted Recon through Yelp and spoke with the manager Alex. We saw two European hornets in our home but none since. Alex got a technician out after the weekend. The technician came by and didn’t see any nests around our home and concluded insects might be flying in from the forest behind us. They reviewed my photos of the hornets and checked surrounding areas carefully. The tech didn’t charge us since they didn’t find anything. I really appreciate their honesty and customer service. Will definitely keep Recon in mind for future pest control!
