Excellent experience and customer service. I asked about a veteran discount and they do offer it there. I love places that support veterans, and I plan on going back there again for my locksmithing needs.

Baldino's lock and key was recommended from a local mechanic. I am so glad that I called the location in Reston Virginia ( across from Home Depot) and was able to bring an extra key fan to get programmed by Ben Dart. Not only was Ben very knowledgeable about the process , but he also sat in my warm car after a huge rain shower to get my extra key fob reprogrammed In approximately 15 minutes From start to finish. He did a fantastic job and charged me way less than what a dealership would charge!Way to go Ben

Awesome customer service...Great place to go if you need a key done for house, car or lock...I was attended by Ben at the Reston location and my personal experience was 2nd to none... Thanks Ben.
