The shop manager at the Vienna location, Evan, was a rock star! Super cool, very professional. Was able to expertly pick an antique lock and make me keys that I was desperate for. He did it super fast too, overall fantastic, would recommend 100%. Thanks again Evan!
I'm very grateful for Baldino's help today--I needed to repair or replace my backdoor lock. Fortunately, Baldino's was able to provide me same-day service and the technician had the lock repaired and working like new in no time. I've used them before and their service is always excellent. Thanks Baldinos!
The two men working the counter were great. I needed a new lock cylinder for my garage door. They keyed it to my existing house key, provided accurate installation instruction, and made me a key for the lock. Excellent service and the right expertise.
