“We used Genesis after comparing three different companies. We hired Genesis to complete a remodel on our master bathroom. It was fortunate we had the project done when we did. They not only found the usual rot issues, but figured out why the back of home was always cold in the winter and hot in the summer. You guessed it...the builders did not insulate the ceilings in the back of home. Not only does our new bathroom look great but it is much warmer. Mark, Travis, Kayleigh, and Kim from the Genesis team were all very helpful and professional. The Genesis team was always prompt about answering any text or phone calls regarding the project and tried to keep on top of their subcontractors which is not a minor feet these days. Description of work:
We had interior and exterior painting done, drywall repairs, wood rot repair, pressure washing of our foundation done before painting. Interior painting: kitchen (walls, ceiling, trim, doors), morning room (trim, walls), 2 story living room, including trim and doors, foyer area, stairwell, and master bath ceiling painted. We had many areas throughout the house that needed drywall repairs: cracking along the drywall tape, nail pops, cracks, chips, etc. We had exterior painting done: metal roofs over bay windows, bay windows painted, front door, foundation brick repainted. We had a door that had some wood rot and it had also been chewed a bit by a puppy that he fixed and made look new. Beautiful work and I am a perfectionist myself. It was worth every penny.“
