ITS BEEN SEVERAL YEARS AGO I BOUGHT A RIDING MOWER FROM THIS PLACE AND IT MUST HAVE BEEN A LEMON SINCE WE HAD TROUBLE WITH IT THE VERY FIRST TIME WE MOWED..BELT KEPT COMING OFF, OR BREAKING.. WE NEVER COULD GET THIS GUY TO FIX IT AFTER 3 OR 4 TIMES HIM CHECKING IT OUT.. IT WAS A DISASTER, ONLY USED IT ABOUT A DOZEN TIMES AND TROUBLE EVERYTIME.. HE IS THE WORST PERSON TO DEAL WITH.. BEWARE.

The lady who works there is great at her job! She knew exactly what I needed for a 40 year old mower, and even knew what kind of screws I needed to buy for it right off the top of her head. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, polite.... I have nothing bad to say about her. If I owned my own company I would try to poach her away from Southwest outdoor. Thanks!

They carry the Styhl brand of equipment, parts and service. I needed a Carburetor for my weedeater and they had one in stock. Reasonable price and friendly employee. I highly recommend.

I needed a string trimmer / weed eater and had a price range in mind. I always expect to spend more than my price range but they had a GREAT QUALITY Stihl string trimmer for the exact amount I wanted to pay but get this. It was already assembled!The lady who helped me was EXTREMELY PLEASANT. The engineer is amazing. They told me exactly what I needed to do, sold me the exact gasoline mix, and even offered to gas it up! I wanted to do it just for learning purposes which they were fine with so I took it home and wham bammed my yard. My friends are actually jealous!I’m not very privy to power tools and machinery and at no point did I feel intimidated or scared to ask questions. Their selection is handpicked quality. They don’t fill the shelves with low quality alternatives. Every item they sell is gonna be a good tool that will last you your whole life if you maintain it properly.This is THE PLACE to go for power tools and machinery. Their prices are very competitive and the fact they assemble things instead of selling you a DIY kit is great for someone like me. Southwest will be my first place and go to when I need to do some work around the house or yard. They are local and their quality is so much better than the big box stores.When you support local you make more of a difference than you realize. Go southwest!

I don't buy anything up here either but I do take my mower up to Wayne and let him fix it or service it whenever it needs it. Wayne Willa Davy and Randy are all good people I trust them with all of my repairs and if I need to buy something again I'll do it from them
