From the front check in young ladies to the therapist I needed to regain control of my medical problems, they are all super stars. What makes me feel like I matter is that every employee remembers my name and greets me. That means a lot to me. I'm not just another body, but I matter. I have witnessed that every person that walks thru the door is treated like they are so welcomed there.
Loretta is wonderful! She is a genuine person who truly wants to help you live with less pain, physically and otherwise. She spoke with me openly about mine and suggested helpful options for managing and healing it. She is easy to become comfortable with, and is very knowledgeable and practiced in her craft; a massage with her proves it all!

Stephanie is one of the best massage therapists I have ever been to, and I have been to many! My neck and shoulders are pain free for the first time in a very long time. I highly recommend trying her 90 minute deep tissue massage!

Mullins Funeral Home recently handled the cremation/funeral arrangements for my dad. While some of my dad's arrangements had been previously determined, there were so many nuances to the process that my mom, my brother and I had not planned for - questions not anticipated, decisions not made. And, yet with the expert guidance (and patience!) of Kayla, we were able to create a service and arrangements that were not only a loving tribute to my dad, but one that he would have approved of as well as they stayed true to his wishes. Highly recommend Michael Keyes Photography for high-school senior pictures! We had never met Michael before the session, and my daughter and I were a little nervous beforehand. It didn't take long to realize we were in for an awesome session! Michael listened to what we wanted, while also incorporating his professionalism on lighting, background, etc. He really went the extra mile, literally walking with us to our chosen sites for pictures. He gave us his undivided attention during the session, and made us feel so special! He was very timely in getting the digital images back to us, and he also printed close to a dozen large prints of our favorites. We are very pleased with Sarah's senior pictures!
I’m from DC but come to Black diamond for tattoos and piercings. I always get compliments on my tattoo. I can’t wait to do my cover up in the fall. Cord and all the staff are welcoming. and enjoyable to laugh with. My experience was great, even though I went to sleep during my tattoo. Long drive and worked long hours. I’ll be back soon.

I took my daughter and four of her friends here for her 10th birthday. She wanted to take them all on a trail ride. Tina and Sheila were amazing. Got everybody picked out with a great horse and we had a wonderful time despite some chilly weather. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a great view and a relaxing ride.

The pricing is great!!! Beds were clean. I just love that it’s not overly priced like most tanning salons are anymore. Plenty of tanning lotions to pick from & the lady at the front desk was very helpful & friendly. Their stand up bed is amazing & get you dark so fast.
Eddie did a great job with my fence and working with me to plan it out and make a payment plan. When we had to change to plan last minute to accommodate my neighbors concern with a blind spot he came up with a simple solution to taper the fence and it worked out great.
Mr. Howell was great to work with from start to finish. Once I requested an estimate, he scheduled it promptly, gave an accurate assessment of the issue and estimate. I had a leak around my chimney. I had a flashing issue that required some additional repair work that was not related to the flashing. I also had him replace my vent boots. He started and completed the job on time, and even inspected the roof for any further issues. I have had no leaks or issues since the repair so it was not only completed on time and within the estimate, but also done well. Thank you Mr. Howell for making my small project a priority!
This was my first time at this nail salon ?? and I was very pleased! Tai did my nails and his wife Kelly drew my watermelon ? design! She said it was the first time she ever drew a watermelon and she did great. I really liked that they owned the building and have been well established in Radford. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone who wants quality service in a convenient location! I will be back!

Absolute gem! Beautiful views,technical layout,friendly staff etc... stopped by on the way from Pennsylvania to Tennessee for a round on a whim, its 5.5 hours from home, I will definitely find a way to go back and play again in the future! Pictures dont do it justice.
I went and got my hair cut here .I gave this place 5 stars because it was a very welcoming atmosphere and i enjoy cutting up with them .Joe cut my hair and he was on point ,i showed him a picture of how i wanted my hair and he nailed it to a T thanks fellas .
Brought in my cat who was not doing well, we received excellent service at every stage of the process, the vet talked through everything including costs as we went so we knew what to expect at check out, I feel so much better after our visit!
