The lady who works there is great at her job! She knew exactly what I needed for a 40 year old mower, and even knew what kind of screws I needed to buy for it right off the top of her head. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, polite.... I have nothing bad to say about her. If I owned my own company I would try to poach her away from Southwest outdoor. Thanks!

They carry the Styhl brand of equipment, parts and service. I needed a Carburetor for my weedeater and they had one in stock. Reasonable price and friendly employee. I highly recommend.

I needed a string trimmer / weed eater and had a price range in mind. I always expect to spend more than my price range but they had a GREAT QUALITY Stihl string trimmer for the exact amount I wanted to pay but get this. It was already assembled!The lady who helped me was EXTREMELY PLEASANT. The engineer is amazing. They told me exactly what I needed to do, sold me the exact gasoline mix, and even offered to gas it up! I wanted to do it just for learning purposes which they were fine with so I took it home and wham bammed my yard. My friends are actually jealous!I’m not very privy to power tools and machinery and at no point did I feel intimidated or scared to ask questions....read full review
