I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Normans. Every person we interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. As with all renovations, we had a few complications along the way (none were Norman's fault), and they handled them beautifully. Nothing was ever my problem, they fixed what needed to be fixed without delay. Plus, our cabinets turned out gorgeous.

Exceptional company/people--prompt/courteous/professional. Kitchen/bath and pantry look spectacular! Its very important to use a company-they saved the kitchen by coordinating with a company to redo counters that weren't done correctly and went out of the way to make sure everything was perfect! Prices are extremely reasonable.

We needed new countertops. We decided to go with laminate and ordered them from Lowes with a 2 month deadline before we left town for a couple of months. They were unable to meet it, so we cancelled. We tried again, but the countertops came in with one warped and one was missing. We refused delivery. This led us to Normans. We'd heard they were pretty expensive, but after our recent disappointing experience we were willing to bite the bullet - we just wanted our kitchen back!We met with Dean and decided to go with granite instead of laminate.
