We have a 15-foot sliding glass door that opens onto a covered deck. We wanted to install a motorized screen to take advantage of the large door opening, without screening the entire deck. We also wanted a short portion of the deck screened for a bit more privacy. Neighbors told us they had a good experience with Tri-State, so we reached out to the company.
They were responsive and professional from the first visit, during which they assessed our needs and presented us with possible approaches. We wanted to screen in our deck so we could enjoy being outside without all the bugs, but we didn't want to block the view of our backyard with several screened window frames. After looking around, we decided to go with Tri-State Screens, and we're glad we did!
From start to finish it took a while, but looking back, it was definitely worth waiting for. All the installation crews were nice to work with and did quality work. The screens came out great and we can see everything clearly from our new porch.
