Yvonne and the team at Total Pool and Service are absolutely INCREDIBLE! I’ve been getting chemicals, advice and service from them for the past 5 years. They have helped me with countless new pool owner questions and are always extremely patient!
Over the past 2 years I have also contracted with their crew for my openings and closings and could not be happier! Prior to JR and the team coming out to open my pool, a different company would take the cover off and say “good luck this season.” The Total Pool and Service team comes out, removes the cover, cleans off the pool deck, and even give the pools surface a deep cleaning! Just visited the new Total Pool Leesburg location today. So happy as it's much more convenient for me. As usual, the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, patient (as Im still learning how to take care of a pool) and eager to help me find exactly what I needed for my pool. Whether you are a new pool owner or a seasoned pro, I definitely recommend checking out Total Pools.

Total Pools called at 6:30 on a Friday evening and said…you asked if we could find a window to open your pool. We haven’t found one, but we are coming tonight to get you sorted! I mean…WOW!!! As usual, I called in May to open my pool and all the slots were taken! I never have my act together. Total Pools went above and beyond to help us out and get the kids in the pool! Thank you thank you! Amazing customer service! I promise to call earlier next year!
