About Loudoun Rheumatology Center - Purcellville
Loudoun Rheumatology Center has received mixed reviews from patients. Dr. Saleem is praised for her attentive listening and clear explanations, making patients feel respected and understood. Many recommend her highly. Similarly, Dr. Odutola is noted as an exceptional doctor who takes time to listen and reassures her patients, contributing to their improved well-being. However, the center's customer service has been criticized for being unresponsive, with multiple reports of unanswered messages and missing paperwork, leading to frustration for some patients. Overall, while the doctors are well-regarded, the customer service experience leaves much to be desired.
ANSWER ME! FIX YOUR INFORMATION! PEOPLE ARE DEPENDING ON THIS TO LIVE! So… it says 304. 304 is a Family Practice. There is a note saying 202 for this place. I go to 202 and it’s this place which was my son’s asthma doctor so now I don’t know what to do with that. I have called 4 times. Mailbox full. I have left 2 emails. Nothing. I went physically to see if I can get an appointment and I get this enigma mess of suites. I have communicated to several RA doctors in the area (I can’t mention on here what I really want to say to keep it PG) but none are worth any of my money. Rude, nasty, don’t care about patients. I feel like it’s easier to become homeless...read full review
I am really liking Dr. Saleem. She listens to me and explains things I don’t understand. Very responsive to messages left in the portal and voicemails. Even though I remain a mystery, I’m always treated with respect and kindness
Physician is ok, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. I’ve left numerous messages in the past and never get a call back. I’ve emailed- never get an email back. I’ve mailed my paperwork prior to my appointment- they say that they never got it. I was supposed to get lab work mailed to me- they claim it was sent and I never got it. Never an apology when I finally get in touch after being on hold for 30 min. Come on..
