The entire PD team was amazing from start to finish - most impressively, I wasn’t a PD client. The customer service and care were above reproach. I wasn’t a client then, but I certainly am now!

The staff is always friendly. I was greeted when I walked through the door. The dental technician was thorough and expressed her concern about one of my teeth that needs extra attention. Friendly, with a smile, Dr. Smith greeted me and did a checkup to make sure my teeth were clean and healthy. Rachelle is always a delight to see. She has a warm, welcoming smile and I enjoy chatting with her. She is a winner in my book.!!

The dentist and all staff members were very professional and courteous, and they took the time necessary to explain the procedures and billing to me. This was very important to me during my first visit here.

Dr Smith and his team are the best! I'm a long time patient, but have had several appointments in the past six months, to place a crown and most recently a cleaning. I've always had a good experience, and enjoyed great results. The staff makes scheduling appointments, billing and payment, etc easy. A special shout out to Rachele, Jessica and Roxanne for their special care with me the last few visits. :-)

I really appreciate that Dr. Smith takes a conservative approach and cares about the longevity of your natural teeth. Even though he is OON for my insurance I plan to follow with him because if you find a trustworthy provider, it’s worth the extra money
