“GBT Construction Mr. Mark Allen is the owner of this company. The wife and I decided to expand our deck. I called and asked Mark to come for a estimate of the project. He arrived when he said he would on time and looked the situation over. Much to my surprise after inspection of the old smaller deck he noticed that it was unsafe and should be reinforced for safety (and Code compliance),for expansion because it was shaky. I was pleased with his knowledge and appreciated him bringing this to my attention. My wife and I accepted his advice to demolish down to the frame and awarded him the job. He and a helper arrived on time to start the deconstruction of my old deck and the project was under way. His worker, Tim did an excellent job of bringing the deck down to the frame which he had said was reusable. The following day A carpenter, Ken showed up and started the construction. When they returned the they continued and finished the deck. I am glad We hired Mark for the job. Ken and Tim worked steady to repair and extended our new deck to our satisfaction. I complement thrse two. It looks great, very sturdy and a nice addition to our home. I must say Mark's price was very reasonable, his coordinating coordinating with me both on yhe phone and in person, dropping by now and again to spend time with his men was admirable. That shows me a good repore with his employes and also cares for the progress of his commitment to his customers. “Every aspect of the services provided to us by Pella Windows was superior.

Salesperson Chase Thomas had been recommended to us by neighbors after they had numerous windows replaced in their home by Pella. We first met Chase when he readily agreed to examine the windows in the home my wife and I considered purchasing. Chase, our real estate broker and I examined each and every window in the home since it was obvious that seals had broken in the majority of them, resulting in fogs of moisture that prevented clear visibility. As we reviewed window after window I quickly gained complete confidence that Chase was providing me an accurate and honest appraisal. He identified three windows that had previously been replaced and did not require replacement. He identified two huge, spectacular windows that did not have broken seals and would also not require replacement. When I asked Chase if the windows could be repaired rather than replaced, he went online to research companies that might be able to repair the windows rather than having his firm, Pella, replace them. After the full afternoon session with Chase I realized that our neighbor had not exaggerated - Chase was a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson.

In the weeks that followed we continued to pursue purchasing the home, during which time Chase was always readily available to answer questions about the window issues. Once we actually closed on our new home we met with Chase and his manager. Both were wonderful to work with - knowledgeable, polite and friendly. We signed a contract to replace all of our home’s windows except for the five noted above. We were told to expect our new windows in three months, and as promised they arrived precisely at that time.

A three-man team succeeded in installing our new windows in three days, also as was estimated. The installers were friendly, polite and - best of all - experts at completing the work. Twenty-nine new windows were installed without a single mishap. Chase Thomas visited twice during the installation to assure that we were satisfied. The windows are beautiful and precisely preserve the elegant, grand appearance of the originals. We now enjoy clear views from our home and realize that drafts we formerly experienced have been eliminated. We look forward to forward to lower heating bills!

“We had the team replace our roof, soffits, fascia, and gutters. They were FANTASTIC!!! Every step of the way there was clear, prompt communication with everyone involved from the office staff to the onsite project manager. No matter who was at the house, they were on time, professional, and polite. No one tried to up sell us on anything but took the time to clearly explain the options and differences. When it came time for the install, crews showed up first thing in the morning. They worked safely and methodically all day, making sure they protected the landscaping and HVAC units. The crews cleaned up throughout the day as well as the end of each day. They paid attention to details to make sure everything was right. Jazmine, our project manager, really made this a top tier experience. She always made sure to check in along the way to share progress, concerns the crews found, and the plan to remedy. These conversations always included pictures to make sure we truly understood both the existing problems and how they were solved. We even had a situation where the driver dropping off the dumpster ran over our grass and a few sprinkler heads. Jazmine made sure we took pictures and video of everything along with testing it to see what the real damage was. Fortunately nothing was broken and it was easy to reset. But she was ready to get it fixed had there been an issue.
