Good morning. I cannot express in words how much I appreciate the dedication and commitment that Justin displayed while helping me get my AC fixed. Not only did Justin go beyond the call of duty to assist with the initial complaint. He gave an in-depth overview as to what was causing the issues i was experiencing AND a detailed step by step breakdown on the repairs that he performed. Our hot water heater failed. We called Kellam the next morning and the immediately dispatched a technician, Joseph. He arrived in less than two hours. He quickly diagnosed the problems and then gave us options on how to continue. After we chose, he quickly got the parts and repaired the water heater. We couldn’t be happier with the services. We highly recommend both Kellam and Joseph.
