Pet Boarding Training near Portsmouth

“I’ve been meaning to make a review for so long now but my ADHD brain reminds me and then forgets…. over and over ? I’m a helicopter dog mom and I know it. I’m overly anxious when it comes to my dog, Boomer. I had checked out different daycares online for years, only to scare myself into not following through. When we moved to Portsmouth I came across Port Rover and followed them for about 4 months before I finally called to set up his temperament test. What I saw during these 4ish months was a daycare that wasn’t JUST a daycare. They posted all of the fun/extra things they did with the dogs. Things they don’t HAVE to do. Boomer has been attending over a year now and I’m SO happy I took the leap and decided to give them a shot. He loves hearing “daycare” in the morning. He comes bounding off the couch, tail wagging and ready to go. I love Port Rover and all of the staff I’ve met along the way. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!“

“I've been going to T.C. Canines, LLC for years and their service is always great! I took my dog there for obedience behavior training when she was younger and it worked. Also, I get my dog boarded there whenever I go out of town because I know she's always happy, well taken care of and safe. I highly recommend T.C. Canines, LLC!“

“Staff is always very and I can get appointments when needed. Doctors are attentive to my dogs and I've been going to Dog and Cat for years. Best vet clinic I've had.“

“I used Friendship Vet for 3 years while living in Virginia. While the vet techs go above and beyond, and the main Vet is nice enough, the front desk receptionists are less than nice. It really doesn’t matter which one you speak to, they are incredibly short and very rude on the phone. When calling to make an appointment or asking for a refill on a prescription for my dog it’s like I’m inconveniencing them in their job. In person, they are nicer to your face, but after 3 years of dealing with them to make appointments and being met with a bad attitudes on the phone… it just gets old. However, the vet techs deserve all the praise and more! They are super kind, very attentive, and really listen to your concerns. I’d recommend this place solely based off of them.“

“My dog and I freaking love Happy Tails. I have taken him to other boarding places and he would never get excited to go. When taking him to Happy Tails though, I can see a HUGE difference with him that tells me how much he loves it. As soon as we turn down the road to it, he is spazzing out with excitement because he knows where he is going. He gets so excited to see all the employees and when I pick him up, he always looks irritated that I got him and he doesn't want to leave. He is a very high energy dog and when I bring him home, he is out like a light for the whole night. The employees have been nothing but amazing every time I talk with them. You also can't beat their pricing as well.“

“Went here over the weekend to take our lab Zeus to bath him, the staff was so accommodating, especially after our dog got a little worked up after seeing another dog there waiting. We will be repeat customers, the bath your own dog areas were very nice and convenient. You guys get 5 ????? instead of 5 stars!“

“I absolutely love love this place! Caesar gets so excited every time we walk thru the doors. The staff is kind, attentive and they make sure that you understand the processes. I leave Caesar knowing that he will get the best care. Most importantly, I'm able to sleep at night because he is soo tired after his play activities.“
