Out A/C died Friday morning. We tried a few things but nothing work so I started calling around to different companies and either never received a call back or they were booked up until next week. We called him on Friday late morning around 11am. He told us that he would try and fit us in after his current job or later in the afternoon. He called us to let us know that his current job took longer then expected but that he would be out around 4pm. He called us at 3:15pm to let us know he was on his way. Would like to rate the service, but after speaking with Tim on Thursday and understanding he would come on Friday afternoon after completing other jobs, he never showed to repair my A/C. I left a message with him after several hours of waiting and he never had the courtesy to call back. Left my family without A/C through the weekend and had to find another company to complete the work.
