Monticello Country Realtors
“Iris Helfrich was a Godsend! We were from out-of-state and had found listings for several houses we wanted to see at Lake Monticello. Iris took time away from her office move to give us a tour of the community and arrange for us to look at many houses over the next few days. We had to return to our out-of-state home, and once an offer was accepted, Iris took care of meeting with inspectors, communicating with our lender and closing agent, and insuring that the house was move-in ready for us. We could not be more pleased, and we recommend Iris Helfrich and Monticello Country Realtors to anyone interested in Lake Monticello.”
