Based on the experience we had filing taxes this year, I would advise anyone reading this to avoid this practice like the plague. We were told the tax return would be filed on April 15 and as of May 16, the IRS still does not have the return. We have tried repeatedly to contact the office by phone, email, and text for updates over the last month and have not been able to connect. (We do not live locally but are considering driving to their office.) The basics of how to run a small business are simply ignored here.
