“This was such a great experience. Starting off Jessica is a wonderful person and made me feel instantly comfortable! She did an amazing job and brought the haircut in my head to life! She also had no problem giving me multiple tips and techniques to use to try and have healthier hair and to know how to style said haircut. The building itself is a very cute and welcoming place, and they had some very catchy music playing as well!! Overall a great experience and I cannot wait to go back there!“

“I have been going to Jenny’s for a long time, Katya has been cutting my hair recently and does a fabulous job every time. The only complaint I have is that Nina, the girl who “checked me in” looked up and saw me walking in the doorway and didn’t acknowledge me for about 10 seconds after I was standing in front of her and she finished her text. She then said she would let Katya know I’m here, but she did not do that. The only reason I was seen was because Katya walked up to me knowing that a person was sitting there and she had an appointment at that time. Very disappointed with Nina, as the typical people who check me in there are also great.“
