“I've been looking for a great massage experience in Northern Virginia for years and have finally found the place!
Nina wonderfully used the right touch for my Swedish Massage. While I suffer greatly from tension headaches, I'm sensitive and need a light touch or else my muscles are killing me afterwards.
She addressed the knots in my back, the only one to do succeed at that in years.
Although the place isn't fancy like a high end hotel spa, the place was clean and cute and I got the service of a high end hotel spa.“

“I went to Karina for an acne facial and her services went above and beyond my expectations! She was quick to respond and sent me a text within 24hrs when her appointments were completely booked. I had tons of questions since I’ve suffered from acne since teen years ( now late 20s) she personalized my whole experience as I was worried about my skin post treatment (had a wedding to attend the following week) extractions typically are uncomfortable but Karina took care with my skin! My skin was so inflamed and within a week of the service a lot of my cystic acne had healed flat and calmed! On top of that she was kind to give a number of samples and I’ve been loving the products. “I chose to splurge for my birthday and try something I saw in a YouTube video...A Japanese Head Spa. If you don't know what that is, please google it. It was nothing short of amazing. Parking & Location This was located at a strip mall so the parking was plentiful. It was a huge parking lot so I see no one having issues finding a parking spot. This was located in a suite of salons located in Woodbridge, VA. Ambiance The entrance was very secure as it was double doors and you needed to call your stylists before being granted entry to the actual suites. In between the double doors is a small sitting area. I used the directory to dial Anna Mae and she responded fast. She was out to greet me within minutes. I followed her back to her private salon where I was surprised to see that there were no other clients. Normally, at any salon you'll have one person under the hair dryer, another waiting, and one still in the chair finishing up. This was already a plus because it was a custom experience. Experience She begun by introducing herself to me and showing me as well as telling me about her certifications. She is not only a Licensed Cosmetologist but also a Certified Japanese Head Spa Specialist. Next she offered me snacks and chai tea....happily excepted all of the above. I mean these were the good snacks, kind bars, Olli Pop soda, RXBAR protein/granola bars, and fresh chai tea. She explained the service options and possible add-ons. I opted for the deep cleaning option. Then she brought out the camera and showed me my scalp that I do not grease but looked like it hadn't been washed in a long while. She proceeded to take me over to the shampoo table, yes you lay down to get your hair washed. She provided me with a steam warm eye patch to place over my eyes, and I got under a big cozy blanket. She put a pillow under my legs so I would be comfortable. She was very gentle as I have type 4 natural hair and she took her time to separate my hair into sections, detangle, and used her finger pads to scrub my head. As if that was not enough, she asked permission to massage my feet and later my back. Consent is so important and she definitely understood that. Of course I agreed and was basically in heaven. I believe the massagers were percussion massagers so they had some power to them. When I was all washed, I went back to the chair and received a scalp massage as well. Then she showed me my scalp again on the camera and explained the treatment to me. It looked like someone else's head based on the earlier video. I could even see where some of the follicles were trapped and unable to grow from the previous build up and had now been freed (if that makes sense). I opted for the blow dry add on because why not. She'd been so gentle with my type 4 hair and I figured I would milk it. LOL the experience was immaculate and Anna Mae was a wonderful stylist!! Ten out of Ten would absolutely recommend her services. I will be back for special occasions or treats :).“

“I’d seen this type of treatment on social media and thought it looked relaxing. It was! I got the 90-minute head spa with the facial option. I loved how your head stays nice and warm even when the water is off because of the steam. My hair has been extra soft ever since. My only minor complaint is that the road noise is a bit loud in the treatment room. I’d definitely go again!“
