“I’ve been seeing Dr Tammy since July/August and it’s such a blessing I got in contact with her through my aunt. When we moved to VA I broke out in full body hives and swelling. Nothing was working, I hadn’t taken a pharmaceutical medication in 10 years, but I was desperate so I got a steroid shot and took some allergy medicine. It didn’t touch it! I started seeing Dr. Tammy and after the first appointment started to feel relief. I saw her monthly for a few months and all my hives are gone. She is so knowledgeable and such a sweet person. She really listens to you and wants to help you get better. She would send me research articles after appointments so I could learn more as well and it was so nice to be able to read more about everything she would talk about during appointments. I highly recommend seeing her for anything you may be dealing with.“

“I am normally hesitant about chiropractors but I came here at the advice of my CrossFit coach. I had a competition but was dealing with sciatic pain and shoulder pain for over two months. I came the week of the competition and he made sure to do everything he could I that one week without overdoing it. My shoulder pain was gone in the first visit and my sciatic pain was gone in the second. I crushed my workouts and am still pain free after competition. I will certainly continue going for maintenance, as I have never felt better. I did well in my competition as owe it in part Dr. Lee!“

Couldn’t have been better timing - they recently added Red Light Therapy to their menu of amazing tools/solutions and man was it a life saver. I was also going to concussion therapy.. to which I passed my concussion tests several weeks early. I mentioned I had been doing red light therapy and they said that was 100% the reason for the rapid recovery. In my simple terms - it speeds up the healing process significantly. I am back to work full time with no debilitating headaches. Game. Changer. I highly recommend Dr Lily, and definitely encourage you to try some red light therapy… name an ailment, and it helps the recovery. Do it!!“

Some physicians were trying to direct me towards surgery or medication, however, I like taking holistic approaches to repair/recoup my body. Dr. Tannaz Faroudi is incredibly experienced and well versed in her field of practice. With only 1 visit at her practice, I feel much better than months of combined PT that I've been struggling through due to pain. I highly recommend her to anyone with any sort of body pain, especially spine related pain (herniated disks, tension, lumbar & neck pain, etc).She provides a very calm and understanding environment and ensures you feel loved and cared for. “This place is great for loosening my muscles in my lower back and neck. I have a sedentary remote job that had made my body really stiff. The treatment included electrotherapy patches to my muscles for about 10 minutes and then laying on a rolling massage table to massage my whole spine and finally, going into the chiropractor's room where he adjusts/aligns/cracks everything. The key is to stick to the recommended treatment plan. Everyone that works there is friendly and offers good service.“
