Mr S miller Thank you for getting cool air in the house, such a nice guy an very educational explaining the issue, now the CEO you should be ashame for up charging a $25 part to $336 dollars. Top Line is exactly that in my book top of the line when it comes to HVAC. Our home warranty company had assigned and a different contractor. I won't mention the name, because they are worthless. However, they lied to us and never showed up. Top Line not only showed up the same day that they were called, but they also was able to go and get the needed part and was able to fix it the same day!! I am very thankful that they helped us in such a timely manner because we had almost gone 2 weeks without heat. I will definitely use them again if needed!
