I don't know where to begin to describe how awesome the folks are at Tiffany Publishing in Virginia Beach Va. We had a snafu with a certificate and despite my resignation that I'd eat the cost and get it fixed, they made it right. Bottom line - if you need a Navy certificate, these folks are as professional as it gets.

I was looking for a replacement wallet card for my US Navy Shellback initiation. I knew that they would replace the wall hanging certificate, but I only needed the wallet card. They immediately mailed me two blanket cards as they don't print them, but provide blanks for free. Thanks!
