I was looking for a replacement wallet card for my US Navy Shellback initiation. I knew that they would replace the wall hanging certificate, but I only needed the wallet card. They immediately mailed me two blanket cards as they don't print them, but provide blanks for free. Thanks!

I was ordering certificates to send to the family of a friend who’s passed away and I was absolutely amazed and deeply touched by the care, efficiency, and thoughtfulness they showed me. Not only are they consummate professionals but they’re incredibly human. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Awesome product and wonderful customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong certificate. Even though it was my fault, they reprinted and shipped the proper one at no charge. Now that is awesome customer service.
