Absolutely magical experience. I got the pain management for my muscle knots and not only did shawn make them much less angry but she released my shoulders to actual relaxation. I will for sure be returning, hopefully in a more relaxed state before coming in.
Paid attention to every knot to ensure they were gone in most problematic areas even got a special foot scrub they took away dead skin having feet feet baby smooth .. very much recommended and ensured I was comfortable
I recently visited The Massage and Wellness Studio and had an incredible experience with both Althea and Aminah. I enjoyed a relaxing massage with Althea, who was amazing--her calming technique left me feeling completely rejuvenated. I also tried Pain Management with Aminah, who was kind enough to inform me about her firm-to-deep pressure style beforehand. Though I was initially a bit nervous, her approach turned out to be perfect for tackling the knots and tightness in my upper body. After our sessions, I felt so much relief! Highly recommend this spa and both of these skilled therapists.
