’ive visited The Locker Room locations in Newport News, Norfolk, and Richmond, and unfortunately the experience has been consistent at all three. None of the stores organize their clothing or shoes by size. Shopping feels more like digging through a thrift pile than shopping at a retail clothing store.
It’s frustrating having to search through racks and boxes just to find your size. There’s no clear size separation, and it makes the whole process chaotic and time-consuming. For a store that carries popular brands and athletic wear, basic organization by size should be standard.
I really hope management improves store layout and organization because it would make a huge difference in the customer experience.

Asked to get one side of the corner of my box haircut fix to match the other side squeeze me in which I was thankful for but waited an hour and a half for two second fix and then charge me $20 for a two second fix like come on, bro

Do not go here i paid with cash app and on of their employees was able to hack into my bank account and apply for a loan without my authorization and made me loose over $400. These people will scam you. The cashapp that scammed me was $MyaaAlston. Please beware of these scammers out here in Norfolk.

Been looking for a barbershop in the Norfolk area and noticed this shop close to my job. It was easy to set up an appointment via the website lockerroomva.com. Ended up getting a basic cut ($35) by Drew, which the basic cut comes with a razor blade finish and a hot towel. Drew was very chill and respected my choice to just vibe. For someone who's been doing this before he was 20, it definitely shows in his work! The entire shop was a vibe and it's the perfect spot for anyone or any background or gender. First time going and I'm pretty sure it won't be my last!The prices are SLIGHTLY higher than most barbershops. About a $10.00 difference from most cuts. But the professionalism and quality of your haircut is definitely worth it. Cool spot that is associated with the Locker Room Vintage shop (besides dominoes pizza), which I had the chance to visit as well. If you're a collector or just like vintage pieces of clothing, this is definitely the place for you. Also, check out their cool Scooby Doo inspired van ‼ The vibes are here for sure! I'll update with some more photos soon*
