This office is one of the few in the area that take care of people with special needs. And anyone who has dealt with Medicaid, Medicare, the CC plus waiver or any governmental funded program knows the challenges so not going there. These individuals are good at handling the issues that can arise when caring for special needs individuals. They are caring and compassionate. They are doing the best they can within a system that is clearly broken. Thank you for caring for my son and my big sister!

So instead of addressing the issues that are plenty, there's a generic response to the multitude of complaints that are Consistent. What a way to deflect and not address any of the issues.

I took my daughter here for her first dental appointment ever (she's 2.) The office is beautiful with cartoons and a video game projection in the waiting room, cartoons and stuffed animals in the exam rooms. They let me hold my daughter while they examined her and cleaned her teeth--no tears, no tantrum. I had been losing sleep with anxiety over this visit, but they made it no big deal. I def. recommend!
